About this campaign
All proceeds will go towards a DIPG cancer research organization of the Slivka's choice, so that one day there can be a cure for Ayla and all the other children battling this disease.
Ayla Grace Slivka is a spunky, sassy, kind, creative, smart, sweet girl. She loves science, singing, reading (Harry Potter fan!!), and all other things a 6 year old loves to do. Ayla also has an aggressive and inoperable brain tumor called DIPG. In July, 2021, Ayla was showing signs of weakness when walking and talking, so her parents took her to get an MRI and sadly they discovered that she has a DIPG brain tumor. What is even more disheartening is learning that there isn't enough awareness, research, or funding for this type of brain tumor. Our sole purpose is to raise awareness about DIPG because this is not as rare as you might think. It is only rare until someone you know has been diagnosed. So let's spread some awareness, and cheer for our bright, beautiful Ayla Grace. She happens to love tie dye, and all bright colors, so what better way to show off her beautiful smile!!
