My recent order #73697717 was my first with Custom Ink, and I am very pleased with the quality of the t-shirt and the printing. Customer service (Ronnie) was exceptional—great communication, understanding of my needs, and fast shipment to meet my tight deadline—all of this made my interaction with Custom Ink very satisfying. The only issue I had was with the packaging, which affected the presentation of t-shirt but not the quality of the order. If Custom Ink can provide deals/discounts to returning clients, I would be happy to place at least two more orders in the near future.

I wasn't very happy with customer service. Would get good responses at times, then would somehow go two days without a response. Remember specifically telling customer service, after going back and forth somewhat consistently, that I was free for the next hour or so and could complete the design and send in for approval. Weirdly enough there was then radio silence for over a day. It felt as though Custom Ink didn't want to 1. Make my designs at all, 2. deliver them on time 3. work with the customer to resolve an issue 4. show any compassion when they'd clearly dropped the ball on shipping. Don't plan to use Custom Ink again for personal use, and will avoid using rhem in my professional workspace.
